What you send

When you use a form on this site you choose what to send: usually your name and phone number, and sometimes an email address, details about your car and the damage. It is used to answer your request.

Photos

Photos you add to a photo estimate are made smaller on your device and sent to the shop with your request. The shop uses them to look at the damage and prepare your estimate.

Who sees it

Your request goes to Bob Lambert Auto Body LLC by email and into the shop’s customer system, so the team can call you back and keep track of your repair. The companies that host this website, its email and that system handle the information for the shop. It is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Text messages

The forms on this site do not sign you up for text messages.

Your VIN

If you type your car’s VIN in the photo estimate, it is checked with the free vehicle database of the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to fill in the year, make and model. Only the VIN is sent to look it up, nothing about you.

What the site records

Like most websites, this one keeps basic visit information (pages viewed, browser and device type, the page you came from) so the site works and its use can be measured. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies.
